Welcome to Vibz, a platform developed to support entrepreneurs in validating ideas and creating business plans. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of this document, we recommend that you do not use the platform.
 

Intellectual Property

All platform content — including brand, design, features, text, images, source code, and algorithms — is the exclusive property of Viabilize Projetos e Negócios Ltda.

Use of the platform does not grant the user any rights over these assets. However, users are authorized to mention that they use Vibz, including through screenshots or public materials, provided that copyrights are respected and legal notices or registered trademarks are not altered.

Platform Use and Responsibilities

Information entered into the platform is entirely the user's responsibility. Vibz provides artificial intelligence-based tools that suggest actions, analyses, and recommendations. Users are free to adopt or ignore these suggestions, and the final decision about their business plan is exclusively theirs.

Viabilize does not guarantee results and is not responsible for the veracity, accuracy, or completeness of information provided by users, nor for results obtained from using the platform.
 

Use of Artificial Intelligence

Vibz uses artificial intelligence to support users in their planning process. This technology is used ethically, transparently, and responsibly, respecting principles of impartiality and non-discrimination.

AI does not replace human judgment. Strategic and operational decisions are entirely the user's responsibility, who should always validate the suggestions presented.
 

Data Protection and Privacy Compliance

Viabilize is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations, including:

Data Deletion Due to Inactivity

Business plans and all related data will be automatically deleted 6 months after the end of the contracted package validity, if not renewed by the user.

Vibz will notify users by email in advance, allowing data export before permanent deletion.

This measure ensures platform integrity and is aligned with data governance best practices.

Communication with Users

The platform may communicate with users via email to:

  • Send relevant notifications and updates;
  • Provide useful content about entrepreneurship;
  • Encourage continued use of the platform.

Users may request unsubscription at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Viabilize, its partners, directors, employees, and associates are not responsible for any losses, damages, or harm resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use the platform;
  • Adoption of suggestions generated by artificial intelligence;
  • Technical failures, unauthorized access, or third-party conduct.

Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. The new version will be published on the website, and when necessary, users will be notified. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
