Infrastructure and Legal Requirements

What it's for

A lot needs to be resolved between "the plan is ready" and "the business is operating": renting a space, hiring a system, obtaining a permit. This checklist gathers these items in one place, organized by type, so that nothing essential is forgotten in the rush of opening your business.

The three categories

• Physical & Structure — physical space, equipment, and necessary installations.
• Digital & Systems — systems, platforms, and digital tools needed to operate.
• Legal & Licenses — registrations, permits, licenses, and contracts required to operate legally.

How to use it

Each checklist item has a checkbox: mark it as you resolve each requirement. At the top of the page, a summary shows how many items are still pending, broken down by category (how many physical, digital, and legal items are left). Use the + button to add a requirement not on the standard list — for example, a specific license for your industry.

AI Support

The AI button in the upper right corner helps suggest relevant requirements based on the business type and exercises already completed in the plan (for example, if the business sells online, suggestions like "E-commerce optimized website" and "E-commerce registration with the Federal Revenue" tend to appear). Review the suggestions — legal requirements vary by municipality, state, and sector, so what the AI suggests is a starting point, not an exhaustive list.

Tips

• Treat the Legal & Licenses category with priority — it often has the longest and most unpredictable deadlines (permits and registrations depend on third parties), so it's worth starting early.
• An item marked as completed here does not mean it is documented anywhere else in Vibz — keep formal documents (contracts, permits) stored outside the app as well.
• Review this checklist close to the actual opening date — new requirements that were not clear at the time of initial planning often emerge.
