Upon reaching the Cockpit, the fifth and final stage of the Vibz methodology, it's time to organize all necessary actions to put your business into practice.

Everything that was ideated, analyzed, and structured in previous stages now transforms into strategic actions, with assigned owners, deadlines, and expected results.

The Cockpit is your business plan's command center — the space where you plan, execute, monitor, and learn continuously.

5W2H Action Plan

Vibz uses the 5W2H model, one of the most practical and effective methods for transforming strategy into execution.
It helps you detail what needs to be done, by whom, when, how, and why, in a simple and organized way.

The name comes from the initials of the questions that guide each action.

Guiding questions to transform strategy into execution:

Acronym Question Meaning
What What will be done? Defines the action or task.
Why Why will it be done? Explains the action's objective.
Where Where will it be done? Indicates the location, area, or execution context.
When When will it be done? Determines the deadline or schedule.
Who Who will do it? Defines the person responsible.
How How will it be done? Describes the method or procedure.
How much How much will it cost? Indicates the cost or required resources.

In Vibz, the 5W2H plan can be viewed in table or kanban format, allowing you to track action progress — from planned to completed — and keep execution under control.

Additionally, the system enables associating indicators and expected results with each action, creating a direct bridge between strategic planning and practical monitoring.

My Objectives — Balanced Scorecard (BSC)

Before starting actions, you define your strategic objectives based on the BSC (Balanced Scorecard), one of the world's most widely used management models.

The BSC organizes objectives into four complementary dimensions, ensuring balance between short and long term:

Strategic objectives organized into four dimensions:

Dimension Focus Objective Example
Financial and Economic Results and profitability Increase net profit by 20% in year two
Market and Customer Customer satisfaction and growth Improve repeat purchase rate by 15%
Internal Processes Operational efficiency Reduce average delivery time by 30%
Learning and Growth Team and innovation Create an internal training program

These objectives can be directly linked to the 5W2H action plan, allowing entrepreneurs to see how each action contributes to strategic goals.

It's a simple and visual way to align execution and purpose.

Learnings and Insights

Entrepreneurship is a constant learning process.

That's why the Cockpit also has a dedicated space for you to record insights, reflections, and lessons learned throughout planning and execution.

These records become knowledge assets, allowing entrepreneurs to recognize patterns, acknowledge successes, and avoid repeating mistakes in the future.

Over time, this history helps refine strategic thinking and mature business management.

Why this stage is essential
